This equipment utilizes compressed air as the power source to generate an adjustable abrasive jet stream with controllable pressure and particle size. It performs multi-angle, uniform, and comprehensive fine grinding on workpieces with complex shapes and significant height variations. The system conducts film-breaking treatment on primer coatings from previous processes. Compared to traditional manual sanding or shaped abrasive methods, it avoids penetrating the primer coating or substrate, prevents sharp edges from being rounded into blunt angles, reduces repetition in sanding high-hardness and high-gloss products, and improves the first-pass qualification rate. The abrasive jet stream impacts and grinds the workpiece surface, providing specific cleanliness and varying roughness (achieving a near-mark-free sanding effect). This enhances the leveling of various paints such as UV/PE/PU/water-based coatings, improving paint adhesion, glossiness, and fullness of the film.
