Warranty and Service Terms

Service principle:Regardless of the cause of equipment failure, the first step is to repair the equipment to ensure normal production for users..
Warranty Period:The warranty period for the contracted product is 12 months from the date of final acceptance of the product or 13 months from the date of delivery, whichever comes first. (Excluding vulnerable parts). The buyer (or the end party) shall use the contract product under normal conditions in accordance with the "User Manual". During the warranty period, if the seller's equipment is damaged or cannot be used normally due to defects in its design and manufacturing, the seller shall be responsible for free repair or replacement; If the equipment malfunctions due to improper operation by the buyer (or end user), the seller may send someone to solve the problem, and the buyer (or end user) shall be responsible for all costs. Outside the warranty period, the seller provides discounted spare parts and repair services.
Maintenance Services:If the customer requests long-term entrusted maintenance, the business personnel will sign a maintenance contract, and the after-sales department will perform maintenance services according to the contract.. Production.
Service time:During the warranty period, if users call or write to us due to equipment failure, the supplier will respond within 4 hours;; If personnel need to be sent to the scene to solve the problem, the supplier will dispatch personnel within 48 hours (Monday to Saturday, 8:00-20:00 in the morning). After the warranty period expires, the contractor will continue to provide high-quality services. If there is equipment damage, the contractor will continue to provide equipment spare parts and equipment maintenance work at a discounted price.

Installation and debugging

① After the goods arrive, the buyer is responsible for unloading them, and if necessary, the seller is responsible for providing remote guidance.
② If necessary, the buyer shall provide the installation site plan drawings to the seller, and the seller shall be responsible for equipment positioning and system construction drawing design The completed equipment positioning and system construction drawings must be signed and approved by the buyer before implementation can be organized.
③ If necessary, the seller shall provide the foundation drawing of the equipment to the buyer for equipment foundation construction within one week after receiving the advance payment.
④ The seller has received a written installation notice from the buyer (or end demand party) and has also received the seller's "Installation and Adjustment" signed by the buyer (or end demand party) After receiving the confirmation form and confirming that the installation conditions are met, installation will begin.
⑤ If the buyer is unable to install the equipment due to lack of installation conditions, the buyer shall ensure the equipment is in good condition and bear the related expenses.
⑥ The buyer is responsible for (or coordinates with the final buyer) providing lifting equipment, welding equipment, and other auxiliary equipment at the installation site.
⑦ If the buyer requests a change in the installation site, any changes or scrapping of equipment components and related expenses incurred by the seller shall be borne by the buyer Fang undertakes.
⑧ The end user is responsible for connecting the power supply to the power inlet terminal of the equipment, and connecting the compressed air pipeline to the equipment inlet interface.

Acceptance and delivery

Acceptance criteria: All technical indicators of the equipment shall be implemented in accordance with the technical agreement (if any), contract, contract attachments, relevant national, industry, and enterprise standards.
Acceptance content:Conduct consistency checks and acceptance on the main specifications, basic functions, main performance and configuration, equipment technical data, equipment accessories, equipment list, etc. of the equipment according to the technical agreement (if any), contract, and relevant content specified in the contract attachments.
Acceptance organization and schedule:
Pre acceptance (if required):After the goods are ready, the seller notifies the buyer to conduct pre acceptance at the seller's factory. The buyer shall provide a written response to the pre acceptance arrangement within 3 days after receiving the notification. If the buyer does not organize relevant personnel for pre acceptance or provide a written response within one week of the seller's written notification, it shall be deemed that the pre acceptance is completed.
Final acceptance:After installation and debugging are completed, the seller shall issue a written acceptance application. Within 3 days of receiving the written acceptance application, the buyer shall conduct acceptance together with the final buyer (if any), and issue an acceptance report within 2 days. For the parts that need to be rectified, a written application shall be submitted again until the acceptance is qualified.. If the buyer fails to organize relevant personnel for acceptance within one week after the seller submits a written acceptance application, it shall be deemed that the product acceptance is qualified, and the delivery shall be automatically completed and the remaining balance shall be paid in full.
Delivery conditions:The seller shall complete all the goods and technical information listed in the contract and submit them to the buyer for acceptance. The delivery shall be completed upon the signing of the acceptance form by both parties..

Technical training

① The contractor is responsible for providing free technical training. After installation and debugging, provide technical guidance and training to the operators of the demand side until they can proficiently master the technical principles of equipment structure and the correct operation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of the equipment.
② Training content: equipment structure principles, electrical control principles, fault analysis, as well as equipment operation, maintenance, upkeep, safety education, etc.
③ The training will take place at the site of Party A, and the training time and personnel will be negotiated by both parties.
④ The training is completed, and both parties sign the training acceptance report.
