Product Introduction
This system processes delicate, thin-walled components via suspended hook loading. Workpieces rotate within the blast chamber while 0.1-1.2mm shot media impacts surfaces to achieve specified roughness, enhance aesthetics, or induce compressive stress for extended service life. Features fully automated 5-10 minute cycles and integrates blast chamber, elevator, separator, screw conveyor, blast wheels, media control, trolley rail system, and dust collection.

Aluminum die-castings, pipes, tools, welded assemblies, strollers, large castings, automotive axles, heat-treated parts, furniture frames.
