PTW Series - Wet Dust Collector

Product Description

The PTW Series Venturi Wet Dust Collector is a safety-engineered unit specifically designed by Paiting for handling flammable dust and oil mist. The system utilizes a 4-stage filtration process to separate and purify particulate matter and oil mist. First, high-temperature dust or oil mist enters the separator through the inlet duct, where the moving particles contact the scrubbing mist at the Venturi throat, effectively reducing the gas temperature. The gas stream then accelerates rapidly at the Venturi throat. By inertia, the dust and oil mist particles move toward the liquid surface, and the relative motion between the gas and liquid ensures thorough mixing. Inside the scrubber, under the action of a metal centrifugal separator, the dust and oil mist are separated from the gas stream and fall into the water tank. A sludge scraper removes the accumulated waste, while the purified air is discharged through the outlet. The separated dust and oil mist are collected via an oil return port.

Applications

Suitable for handling most flammable dust, oil mist, and smoke media. Ideal for centralized collection and treatment of dust and oil smoke in facilities such as foundries, shipyards, coating plants, steel structure factories, stone processing plants, grain processing mills, powder metallurgy plants, chemical plants, and mining operations.
