Porcelain Plate Sandblasting Machine — Application of Porcelain Plate Sandblasting Technology

2025-08-21

Core Advantages of Porcelain Plates:

Fire resistance + Extreme weather durability + Ultra-high hardness

Key Process for Porcelain Coating Preparation:

High-quality pre-sandblasting treatment + User-friendly porcelain coating application

Based on different substrates, there are three main types of porcelain plates:

Porcelain aluminum plates: Primarily used in rail vehicle interiors, public spaces such as subway stations, airports, and train stations.

Porcelain steel plates and porcelain stainless steel plates: Mainly applied in tunnels, column networks, and other decorative areas requiring higher strength.

Porcelain plates release no toxic gases during fires, significantly reducing potential harm to humans. Additionally, due to their low surface tension (22-23 dyne), the boards resist artificial contamination, prevent adhesive materials from sticking, and are graffiti-resistant against markers.

Current Challenges in Pre-Sandblasting Treatment for Porcelain Plate Manufacturers:

Unstable sandblasting equipment, uneven blasting, and low production capacity.

High energy consumption and abrasive usage, leading to increased costs.

Poor environmental performance, failure to meet emission standards, harsh working conditions, and difficulty in hiring operators.

Low compatibility of sandblasting equipment, unable to process irregularly shaped panels.

After three years of collaborative R&D with a leading aluminum panel manufacturer, Paiting Technology has developed a specialized sandblasting machine for porcelain plates, effectively addressing these challenges and bringing significant benefits to aluminum panel producers:

World’s First "Rotating Lifting Gun Module" Technology:

Solves the issue of uneven sandblasting common in traditional oscillating gun systems.

The lifting gun module accommodates panel thicknesses ranging from 10-400 mm.

Achieves a linear sandblasting speed of 2.8-4 meters/minute.

Supports an effective working width of 1600 mm.

Advanced Dust Extraction System:

Utilizes a downflow high-airflow, low-pressure dust collector combined with multi-stage cyclone separation technology.

Prevents dust overflow during sandblasting and allows precise adjustment of abrasive separation granularity.

Ensures highly uniform surface roughness on panels while significantly reducing abrasive consumption.
