The PT-DMRT-1515-3A CNC Robotic Sandblasting System represents Paiting Technology's premium intelligent equipment, integrating robotic nozzle manipulators with servo-driven stepped platforms to deliver precision blasting for complex geometries. This system features rapid coordinate positioning, comprehensive process monitoring (blasting pressure, abrasive flow, air pressure with automated replenishment), temperature-controlled media drying, self-adjusting separation systems, and fully digitized parameter visualization. Intelligent controls maintain ≤5mg/m³ emissions while operational noise is reduced to 68dB.
