With a total investment of 120 million RMB, the production base is located in an equipment industrial base and includes four main structures integrating green technology, such as a multifunctional hall, production workshops, and an R&D center, along with supporting facilities like surrounding canopies and landscaping. The base relies on renewable resources for water, lighting, and production/office electricity, achieving near self-sufficiency.

The building is supported by 141 steel vertical piles, showcasing its avant-garde design and functionality. The first floor features 96 iron columns, each 8.5 meters tall, with 60 of these columns situated in a water pool where the spray height reaches 2.2 meters. To ensure the building’s design integrity and longevity, the support columns on the first and second floors, as well as those above the water surface, require a rational and long-term anti-corrosion solution.

At the beginning of the year, the anti-corrosion business and technical team conducted a detailed coating方案设计论证 for this project, establishing strict construction processes and standards. On February 17, 2017, the contract was formally signed with the client, and construction commenced on February 20. Within 40 days, the spraying project was successfully completed, receiving unanimous approval from the design institute and anti-corrosion experts.
For the long-term anti-corrosion engineering of the pile pipes under C5 conditions, the team meticulously managed every stage from design and demonstration to construction, inspection, and acceptance:
Pre-design Phase: Coating solutions were developed based on relevant standards such as ISO 12944, with multiple reviews conducted in collaboration with design institute experts.
Solution Demonstration: Conducted passability tests for pre-treatment sandblasting, thermal spray aluminum coatings, and paint coating performance.
Equipment Management: Utilized a complete set of newly self-developed sandblasting, thermal spraying, and airless spraying equipment, with air source purification meeting Grade A standards.
Construction Capability: All construction and management personnel possessed over five years of operational experience.
Schedule Outcome: Completed on time as per contract requirements.
Safety Outcome: Zero workplace injuries.
Quality Outcome: Inspectors held NACE Level 2 certification, and acceptance met 100% of client and specification requirements.
The efficient and lean team collaborates with various design institutes, material research organizations, and professional associations in the field of corrosion and protection, demonstrating strong capabilities and resources. Grounded in technology and management, the company is committed to delivering high-quality projects for clients, serving customers, and contributing to society.
